These terms govern your use of the BrainyEdHub website and tutoring services. By booking a session, downloading a resource, or otherwise using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@brainyedhub.com.

Our services

BrainyEdHub provides online, one-to-one tutoring across Mathematics, Statistics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, Computer Science/ICT, Chess, Humanities, and Reasoning, for students preparing for UK 11+, GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, IB, SAT, ACT, WAEC, NECO, and JAMB, among other exam boards. We also provide free downloadable resources, including mock tests, mark schemes, and a revision timetable template, and a free browser-based quiz tool.

Booking and free trial

• New students are offered one free trial class with no obligation to continue.
• Sessions can be booked instantly through our Calendly booking calendar, or arranged directly with us via the Contact page, WhatsApp, or live chat.
• Where a student is a minor, we expect bookings to be made by, or with the knowledge of, a parent or legal guardian.

Pricing and payment

• Current pricing plans are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Payment is mainly by bank transfer, though we're happy to discuss alternative arrangements to suit you — payment details are confirmed directly with you when you book.

Rescheduling and cancellations

We ask that you let us know as early as possible via WhatsApp or the Contact page if you need to reschedule or cancel a session, so we can find a new time that works. We aim to be as flexible as reasonably possible when plans change.

Free resources and downloads

Mock tests, mark schemes, the revision timetable, and any other downloadable materials on this site are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial study use. They may not be resold, redistributed, or reproduced for commercial purposes without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site and our services honestly and respectfully — not to misuse the free quiz tool, mock tests, or contact forms in a way that disrupts the service or other users, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

Tutor conduct and quality

Our tutors are selected based on subject expertise, teaching experience, and identity verification. If you ever feel a tutor isn't the right fit, let us know and we'll help find a better match.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to provide high-quality tutoring and accurate study materials, but we can't guarantee specific academic outcomes or exam results, since these depend on many factors beyond our tutoring alone. To the extent permitted by law, BrainyEdHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
